Delivery & Returns

• We currently only deliver to UK addresses. However, if you need materials elsewhere in the world we can ship to a specialist shipping company's headquarters for you
• We will be able to have your order with you within a maximum of 7 working days.
• If you require a super quick delivery please call the office, we have had orders delivered on a same day basis before, if we can - we will.

If there are going to be any foreseeable delays we will let you know at the time of ordering.

We use a combination of couriers dependent on your location and size of parcel. We currently work with DX, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. However, if you have a particular preference - let us know at the point of ordering.

Delivery costs

• Large packages including up to 2.4m lengths of materials usually cost £30 to ship. Multiple lengths of downpipe can increase the cost to £40, as per the courier's increase due to the calculated volume of the parcel.
• All small items can usually be shipped for £5.
• Lengths of gutter in 4m lengths can be sent with a courier, this will cost £40 to UK mainland addresses.

Delivery charges are only charged at cost, and often less than cost.

Deliveries are often

made by our own drivers when addresses are within an hour of our Tattenhall, Chester base - or the order is for a large volume of gutter and downpipe.

This is a useful service especially when customers prefer a 4m length of gutter.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items, notifying us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You then have 14 days to get the materials back to us. We will refund the costs of the materials within 14 days of the materials arriving back with us.

We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
