Delivery and Returns

Online orders may only be delivered to UK mainland addresses.

Should you be looking to have your items delivered to anywhere other than the UK Mainland, please contact us for costings and timescales. All of our courier charges are charged at cost.

A typical mainland courier charge is £40 for the long lengths of gutter, £30 where the gutter and downpipe is less than 3m long, and £5 for the smaller pieces. We deliver within 7 working days. But usually much quicker.

If you need your order super quickly, please do not hesitate to get in touch - if we can we will.

Returning items.

If you need to return your items, we must be notified within 14 days of receiving your items. We will refund you by return of the items. No more than 30 days from when the order was placed.

If the return is due to a change of mind, or over order - the return courier charges are payable by you. We can advise on couriers etc where necessary if required. 

If the return is due to anything that is down to us - incorrect items / damages etc. Return charges are down to us, and we will send courier labels and organise courier collections. Whichever is most applicable to the individual situation.
