Keeping property developers costs down

Site visit at a gorgeously renovated property in rural Cheshire. 

The house owners had originally requested that their builders installed original cast iron guttering for the outbuildings around their courtyard, but when it came in way over budget, they took a sample of our cast iron effect product.

It met with their approval, and they ended up liking it so much they used it on the house as well as the outbuildings.

The gutter fits in perfectly with the renovation, neat and new without losing the quality and traditionalism that the heritage feel delivers.
